How to make your own Rice Water Mask with no preservatives for beautiful skin
It is a not so well known fact that Saki rice handlers have soft and smooth skin. As this fact became noted, women began to catch on and used rice intentionally to create that same glow for their own skin.
Steps to a natural glow
Step 1: Start with a freshly cleansed face.
Step 2: Place rice in a bowl.
Step 3: Pour water over the rice until it is one inch above the rice.
Step 4: Stir it until the water is cloudy.
Step 5: Pour the water only into a measuring cup.
Step 6: Place the water into a container with a tight lid.
You have created your own facial toner.
Step 7: Use a cotton pad and dab it on your skin; this will help to remove impurities.
To use as a facial mask:
Step 1: Obtain an absorbent paper towel
Step 2: Fold the towel and cut two circles for your eyes.
Step 3: Cut a rectangular area for your mouth.
Step 4: Cut a small hole for your nose.
Step 5: Leaving the towel folded, soak it in the ware and leave in the water for 10 minutes.
Step 6: Remove the paper towel from the bowl and gently wring it out.
Step 7: Unfold the moist paper towel mask carefully.
Step 8: Gently place the paper towel on your face scrunching to to fit your face securely.
Step 9: Leave it in place for 15 minutes and, finally, remove the mask.
Your face should be soft and smooth.

Take rice and lay it on a flat surface. Move the grains of rice to create various pictures with the rice. You may dye the rice first and create multi-color pictures as well.

Rice may be used to conserve energy. Sew a long tube the length of the door that runs the floor. Fill it with rice. Lay it along the door line when the door is closed. It will help to keep cold air from seeping into your home from under the door in the winter. China: The Chinese believe rice strengthens the spleen. They contend it increases the appetite and helps to alleviate indigestion. Dried sprouted rice grains have been used as an external medicine for digestion ailments, to give tone to muscles and expel gas from the stomach and intestines.
India: Rice water is prescribed by the Pharmacopoeia of India and adminisstered as an ointment for inflamatory conditions.
